8. Alternatively, a withdrawal of consent may unreasonably restrict WAY2CURE from servicing your booking (if a booking is already made), which may further affect your treatment plan or may compel WAY2CURE to cancel your booking.

C. We collect various types of information and establish its legal basis.

1. Personal Information of the User encompasses data provided and collected during website registration, encompassing personal identity details like name, gender, marital status, religion, age, contact information such as email, postal addresses, phone numbers, and banking details.

5. To utilize services effectively, identity documents such as PAN Card, Aadhar card, driving license, or voter ID are mandated to facilitate the auto-check-in facility.

D. HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Booking Process: During booking, your Personal Information, including encrypted payment details such as cardholder name, credit/debit card number, expiration date, banking details, and wallet details, will be utilized. Additionally, information from your contacts list may be accessed or linked to facilitate bookings efficiently.

2. Reservation Management: Personal Information will be used to confirm reservations, update you on transaction statuses, send booking confirmations via SMS, WhatsWebsite, or other messaging services, and inform you of any changes to bookings.

5. Certain filtered Personal Information may be shared with corporate affiliates or business partners offering products or services for better healthcare experiences or special benefits for WAY2CURE customers.

Disclaimer: If a patient passes away under the following conditions, the service provider and care center are not responsible:

1. In the event of any disaster such as an earthquake, fire, etc.

2. If the patient expires during any type of emergency treatment, such as a any resuscitation procedure.

3. If patient pass away in hospital such as Sudden condition happen like cardiac arrest, Asthmatic attack, respiratory failure, Myocardial infarction etc.

4. If the patient's demise is due to a hidden disease that was not informed prior to admission.
