Welcome to the Way2Cure Home Healthcare Service. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application and the home healthcare services we provide through the App. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.


1. Definitions

  • "Way2Cure" refers to Way2Cure Home Healthcare Services, providing in-home healthcare and recovery services.
  • "User/Customer" refers to any individual or entity who uses the App to book services or access information about the services.
  • "Services" refer to the healthcare services offered via the App, including but not limited to nursing care, palliative care, post-operative care, elderly care, and other home healthcare services.
  • "Healthcare Professionals" includes nurses, caregivers, and other healthcare staff working with Way2Cure.

2. Account Registration

  • To use the App, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password.
  • You must be 18 years of age or older to use the services offered through the App.

3. Services Provided

  • Way2Cure offers various healthcare services such as nursing, palliative care, post-surgical care, elderly care, rehabilitation, and more, as specified in the App.
  • Services are available based on location and healthcare professional availability.
  • Services provided are not for emergency medical care. For emergency situations, you should contact local emergency services immediately.

4. Booking and Payment

  • Service requests must be made through the App, and the details of the services, duration, and costs will be displayed before you confirm the booking.
  • Payment for services is processed via secure online payment methods integrated into the App.
  • You agree to pay all fees associated with the services you book, including any applicable taxes or surcharges.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or changes to bookings must be made as per the guidelines provided within the App.
  • Cancellations made within the allowed time may be refunded in full. Late cancellations may incur charges.
  • Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and will be processed based on our operational capacity.

6. User Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate information about your health and medical condition when requesting services to ensure the healthcare professionals assigned to you can provide the necessary care.
  • You agree not to misuse the App or services provided, including attempting to interfere with the functioning of the App or engaging in illegal activities.
  • You must ensure a safe and suitable environment for the healthcare professionals when they provide services at your location.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

  • By using the App, you consent to our collection, use, and storage of personal and health-related data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
  • We take your privacy seriously and ensure that your personal information is kept confidential and secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Way2Cure strives to provide the highest quality of care, but we are not liable for:
    • Delays in service provision due to reasons outside our control.
    • Outcomes of services that are not related to our healthcare professionals’ duties.
    • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App or services.

9. Intellectual Property

The content, logos, trademarks, and all intellectual property related to the App are owned by Way2Cure and may not be used without prior written permission.

10. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or misuse the services provided.
  • Upon termination, you may no longer use the App or services, and any outstanding charges will still be due.

11. Amendments to Terms

Way2Cure reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. All changes will be communicated through the App, and continued use of the App will signify your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
  • Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

13. Direct Engagement Restriction

Any caregiver, nurse, or healthcare professional introduced to the client by Way2Cure Healthcare Services ("Way2Cure") shall not be employed or engaged directly by the client without obtaining prior written consent from Way2Cure. This consent is contingent upon the renewal of an active subscription or payment of a mutually agreed service fee to Way2Cure.

In the event of a violation of this clause, Way2Cure reserves the right to initiate appropriate legal proceedings to seek remedies, including but not limited to damages, injunctions, or other equitable relief as permitted under applicable laws.
