Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled service time are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 12 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No-show: If the customer is unavailable at the scheduled time, the service will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.
Way2Cure Cancellations: In case Way2Cure needs to cancel or reschedule a service, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered to the customer.
